Wondering if therapy is for you and your partner?

Relationships can be our greatest source of connection—and sometimes, our greatest source of pain. Whether you’re struggling with communication, recurring conflict, or feelings of disconnection, couples therapy offers a space to explore these dynamics with curiosity and compassion.

I take an attachment-based approach, helping couples understand how past experiences shape present relationship patterns. Often, unresolved wounds resurface, creating cycles of frustration or distance. In therapy, we identify these patterns and develop new ways of relating—fostering trust, emotional safety, and deeper intimacy.

Whether you're navigating challenges, rebuilding after betrayal, or simply wanting to strengthen your bond, therapy can help you move from reactivity to connection, conflict to understanding. Together, we’ll work toward a more secure, fulfilling relationship.
