Wondering if therapy is for you?

Life can feel overwhelming when old wounds, relational patterns, and unprocessed emotions resurface in the present. In therapy, I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where we can explore these patterns together—understanding how past experiences shape your present and, more importantly, how you can create meaningful change.

Using an attachment-based and relational approach, I help you make sense of your thoughts, emotions, and relationships, integrating the different parts of yourself so you can live in alignment with your values. Our work is collaborative, and I view the therapeutic relationship itself as a healing agent, allowing you to experience a new way of relating—one that fosters connection, self-compassion, and resilience.

Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or feelings of shame and rejection, therapy can be a space for healing, self-discovery, and growth. Together, we will work toward deeper awareness, emotional balance, and a greater sense of wholeness in your life.
